About: Bal Kalyan Sanstha Pune, founded in 1979, is a Recreational and Cultural Centre for disabled children in the state of Maharashtra, India.

Bal Kalyan didn't have a strong web presence and needed a website that was not only accessible, but also inspirational. Our task was to create a simple, yet colorful website that showed the world what this amazing non-profit is all about.

The Bal Kalyan site is a dramatic and visual experience because of its creative use of photography sent by the client. Children with disabilities demonstrate their gymnastic and choreography skills in a variety of photographs, in fact, a different photograph per section of the site. The background color is a gorgeous pink-red and the navigation is on the right.
